“Be in the moment.” Easier said than done, right?

How can you be in the moment when the moment is too much? Too sad, too scary, too exciting, too terrifying, too difficult… Why would you even want to be in the moment then?

But then, you’d learn, that every moment occurs because they have something to contribute to your growth. Every moment you are in, add to your personal improvement. Every moment that you allow yourself to simply — albeit with (some) struggle — BE, make you beCOME the person you were meant TO BE.

And that makes it all worth it.
