If you’re having a bad day, just remember that you can actually do something about how you’re feeling.

You can watch a movie you like. You can get a cup of coffee and read a book. You can listen to that album of an artist you really like. Better yet, listen to the radio and let your thoughts flow . You can meditate. You can take a nice shower. You can eat that food you’ve been craving for, for so long. You can write on your journal. You can make a vlog and cry it all out. You can dance it out too. You can call or chat with a friend. Best yet, you can pray. 

It’s really all up to you how you feel.
